Better Than School Portraits in Studio Sign Up

Hey there! It’s time to update your kids’ portraits and since schools aren’t yet offering Picture Day, this is the best and most affordable way to do it!

PLEASE READ ALL THE DETAILS!:
◼️ Location: A natural light studio located in Tacoma. Photos will be taken in front of a solid black backdrop.
◼️ Choose ONE 10-minute time slot for your family by clicking the booking link above. I can accommodate up to 4 children in one slot.
◼️ Fill it out using YOUR name. You’ll receive an email confirmation with an invoice and questionnaire.
◼️ We will be taking portraits of your children individually as well as with siblings! This isn’t a family mini-session. I’ll be offering Motherhood Minis on Saturday, April 17th at the Farms & Fairytales’ greenhouse.
◼️ Any school-age! 1 year – 18 years old. Children must be able to sit or stand on their own. Unfortunately, we will not be able to do portraits of children under 9 months old unless a sibling is able to hold them.
◼️ The sitting fee is $65+tax for one child, each additional child is $30+tax.
◼️ One $20 non-refundable retainer is due at booking to hold your time slot.
◼️ You will receive a digital gallery of a minimum of 5 unique images per child in both color and black and white. A print release is also included.
◼️ Print packages are also available and range between $35-$115. Canvases begin at $150. Tax not included.
◼️ Gallery will be available online within about 2 weeks of the event. The gallery is live for 3 weeks. You must download your photos within that time or they will be deleted.
◼️ Digital files are sent immediately to your email address. If you order prints, they will be delivered to your home.
◼️ Adults MUST wear a mask properly the entire time. I will be wearing a mask the whole time.
◼️ PLEASE do not show up if you or anyone in your family is sick. I can hold your deposit for another event.
◼️ If you need to cancel, please email Stacy (hello@foxandwagon.com) no less than 48 hours prior to the event. Reminder: the retainer fee is non-refundable.
