Hello, Heart Families!

I had the pleasure of photographing your students last month! You’ll notice these photos are a lot different than most school portraits. First, you have the option of which image of your child to purchase. I try to engage with children and ask them questions to capture their authentic personalities. I never force a smile, rather I act as silly as I can to get their real smiles. I hope you love one photo… or all of them!

Share this link with your family so they can order prints too! Any orders placed after the April 1st deadline will be shipped to your address provided and be charged shipping fee.

Enter the Gallery

  1. Click on the link below and carefully enter a valid email address to access the gallery.
  2. Find your child’s class, then their individual folder listed by last name.
  3. Class Composites are in a separate folder. Composites can only be printed on 8×10 paper.
  4. “Favorite” images using the ♥
  5. Choose the items you want using the TABS under the ITEMS menu. Prints, Digitals, Canvases, Gifts, and Retouching.

How to Order...

Digital Files

  1. Select an image.
  2. Click “Buy Photo”, then click the “Items” banner.
  3. Click “Digital Media.”
  4. For the full album add “Digital File All Album Photos” to your cart.
  5. For single images, add “Digital File” to your cart.

Digital files are emailed to you using the address you submitted to enter the gallery. If you have two or more children and you are going to purchase the digital files, please “add photos in album” for EACH child and the discount will be added automatically.

 

Prints and Canvases

  1. Select the image you wish to purchase.
  2. Click “Buy Photo” in the top right.
  3. Select the package you want to purchase. To use the image, click “+ SELECT PHOTO” and then add to the cart. Packages are for a SINGLE image.
  4. For a la carte prints or canvases, click the “Items” banner and add the print sizes you want to your cart.

 

Retouching

I can do simple retouching like reducing minor redness or bruises, removing cuts or scrapes, and whitening teeth.

    1. Select the image you wish to have retouched.
    2. Click “Buy Photo” in the top right then click the “Items” banner.
    3. Click “Retouching” and select either one image or the entire album.
    4. Please add “NOTE TO STUDIO” on the billing screen with specific instructions before you check out.

NOTE: If your order digital files and retouching, the original files will be sent automatically. Retouched photos take an additional 1-2 weeks for processing.

Sales Terms and Conditions

Photos are printed AS-IS in the original orientation. I.e., if the photo is taken HORIZONTALLY, it will be printed HORIZONTALLY. You do NOT have the option of changing the orientation and crop of the image.

 

All sales are final. No refunds.

 

Refunds will not be given if you accidentally order the digital class photo and the digital album.

 

As a gentle reminder, please do not screenshot the images of your child. It severely decreases the quality of your photos! And only purchase photos of YOUR OWN CHILD. I am a small business owner and my business and family rely on your support and trust.

Files will be sent directly to your email. PLEASE download your photos before the gallery expires (April 1st). When the gallery expires, the link to download your photos also expires. A print release will also be emailed to you.

Questions?

Some kids are willing to give a variety of expressions and some are more reserved. When I’m taking their photos, I often ask several questions or do a fun pose to create adorable reactions. Then while editing, I try to choose several unique images to fill your child’s album.

I shoot horizontal/landscape to better capture the children’s portraits. It’s faster and easier for me and my camera. 

First, have you confirmed that you’ve entered the correct expiration date, CVC, or Zip Code associated with your card? This is often a simple fix and usually the issue. If you’re still having trouble checking out, please email me at hello@foxandwagon.com with the following information: SCHOOL name, the email address you used to access the gallery, child’s name, and the specific issue you’re having.

First, check your spam box!

Second, check all email boxes you have.

Third, if you still can’t find them, check your ordering invoice and make sure you entered in a VALID email address. If you accidentally entered an incorrect one or misspelled your email, contact me. hello@foxandwagon.com

It depends on what device you’re using. I highly recommend downloading the files to a computer as the files themselves are HUGE.

On Windows
  • Extract all contents: Right-click the zipped folder and choose “Extract All…”. Follow the prompts to choose a destination folder and click “Extract”. 
 On Mac
  • Extract all contents: Double-click the .zip file. A new folder containing the unzipped files will appear in the same location. 
On iPhone – iOS has built-in support for unzipping files: 
  • Save the .zip file to the Files app. 
  • Open the Files app and navigate to the file. 
  • Tap the .zip file, and it will automatically create a new folder with the extracted files in the same location. 
On Android – Using Files by Google:
  • Open the Files by Google app.
  • Tap Browse and navigate to the folder containing the .zip file.
  • Tap the .zip file to see a preview of its contents.
  • Tap Extract.
  • You will see a preview of the extracted files. If you want to delete the original .zip file, check the “Delete ZIP file” box, then tap Done. The files will be saved in the same folder. 

Original photos are sent immediately and automatically by the gallery. Edited/retouched photos will be sent to you within a week. Please write specific instructions in the Studio Notes at checkout or email me at hello@foxandwagon.com.

Absolutely! All prints are shipped directly from my photo lab and digital files go right to the email address provided.

The gallery will be live for TWO weeks. ALL ORDERS MUST BE PLACED IN THAT PERIOD.

Prints, gifts, and canvases will be delivered to your child’s school about 2 weeks from the Gallery expiration. Digital files are sent to your email immediately. Please download right away.
